Urban Archi Studio is an architecture practice based in Tétouan, working at the scale of the civic — stadiums, airports, campuses, commercial typologies, and housing. Our approach is disciplined and technical, rooted in parametric tools and fluent across the full delivery chain.
We are an independent Moroccan studio working on projects of national significance. Our portfolio spans the Grand Stade Moulay Abdellah in Rabat, new stadium programs across Nador, Al Hoceima, Dakhla, and Fès, airport proposals in Tangier and Tétouan, a shortlisted university campus in Al Hoceima, and housing and commercial projects from Martil to Nador.
The studio operates with a tight team and deep discipline. Every drawing is produced in-house. Every sightline is calculated. Every detail is held to a standard that assumes the work will outlive the conversation that produced it.
We are currently accepting a limited number of new projects each year.
Parametric modelling, BIM delivery to ISO 19650, sightline analysis, and full-chain coordination from concept through construction administration.
Morocco is neither a backdrop nor a constraint — it is the project. Climate, material, craft, and city are the ground on which every decision is tested.
We design for sixty thousand and for the one who arrives first. Both problems are the same problem, approached from different distances.
